What we collect
When you sign up for a plan, the starter kit, FUELED, or the app beta, we collect your email address, the page you signed up from, and (on the beta form) the experience level you choose. We do not collect health, medication, or medical information on this site. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
How we use it
We use your email to send the material you asked for and occasional updates about GLP Athlete plans, recipes, and the app. We do not sell or rent your information. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
Who processes it
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our website host) and, when we send email, by our email service provider. These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage.
Your choices & rights
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@glpathlete.com — we honor deletion requests regardless of where you live, including rights under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California).
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
